In addition to our specialist gun drilling and deep hole drilling services, LDC Engineering Ltd provides a range of precision machining services to support wider component requirements.

Our CNC milling service delivers accurate and consistent machining across a variety of materials and component types. Alongside CNC milling, we offer manual turning and manual horizontal milling, enabling us to support both straightforward and more detailed machining operations.

We also provide radial drilling services, further extending our in-house machining capability.

Our surface grinding service includes a particularly large surface grinder with a table size of 1500mm x 500mm x 350mm, allowing us to accommodate larger components and specialist finishing requirements.

We machine a wide range of materials including duplex, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, copper, bronze, cast iron, cast steel, resin, nylon and wood. From one-off components to large batch production, we support varying project sizes while maintaining a consistent standard of precision.
